We are looking for experienced, highly motivated people to join our team. As a receptionist at our TCM clinics, you will be involved in serving our wonderful patients. You will also be responsible for general reception duties, billing and collection of payments, patient relations, customer service and general clinical and administration duties, including herbal medication dispensing and stock take. Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine is a plus!

Job Descriptions

• Receiving and registration of clients.

• Attending to calls and emails

• Assisting clients’ requests and queries regarding appointments, medication, products and services.

• Collection of payment and dispensing of products/ herbal medication.

• Manage the clinic's inventory count and order stock and supplies when low

Requirements:

• Service-oriented, confident and team player

• Good communication skill

• Full-time position entails working a 5 full work-day shift week (weekend duties included.)

• Proactive when issues arises

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

• Internal training will be provided

• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or physician

• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers

• Be open to learning new things

• Good in time management

• Able to work on weekends and public holiday

• Provide professional and regulated TCM consultation and treatments (such as prescription of herbal medication, acupuncture, cupping and guasha) to patients

• Attend to patients’ enquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries

• Ensure proper documentation of every patients’ diagnostic report on our database

• Strictly adhering to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirements

• Participate in corporate trainings and meetings

Skills and Education Requirements:

• Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related disciplines with recognized post graduate qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

• Registered Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore

• Relevant TCM Clinical experience

• Basic IT knowledge

• Strong leadership in leading the clinic with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous, empathic and good troubleshooting skills
